The Black Parade is the third studio album by the rock quintet My Chemical Romance. Released in October 23, 2006 through Reprise Records, it was produced by Rob Cavallo, who has also produced albums for Green Day.

The Black Parade: The B-Sides is an EP composed of rarities by the American rock band My Chemical Romance. The EP was released on February 3, 2009 by Reprise Records. It features five B-side tracks, some of which appeared as singles from the band’s third studio album, The Black Parade.

The album is the first for which Bob Bryar plays drums, as Matt Pelissier played drums for Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge and I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love. It is a concept album centering on a character known as “The Patient”. The album presents the story of his passage out of life, and his subsequent reflection on his life.

The Black Parade Is Dead! Was filmed during MCR's tour in support of their 2006 album, The Black Parade. It consists of two parts: the first documents the band's October 2007 concert at the Palacio de los Deportes arena in Mexico City, followed by footage from their much smaller show later that month at Maxwell's club in Hoboken, New Jersey.
