I'm not aware of any recent/current models that can be unlocked. The Blu-Ray Association has pretty much seen to that. Graffiti studio surface. Is that now clear? Blu-Ray discs can be region coded but many are all-region. The movie studio decides whether or not region codes are used for a particular release.
