I never trust those. After a quick skim, it's really nothing out of the ordinary as far as common LHP writings go.

It's a bit 'Lulz, look how evels I is!' But no worse than a lot of other writings. Seems to be a lot of rehashed material, similar to Michael Ford's stuff or the Demonic Bible. If you're new to the LHP, it could be an ok introductory text I guess.
