I've had a few customers who have shown a sincere desire to do so and this has worked extremely well; They are invited to come into the shop and participate in the creation of their piece from start to finish. I downloaded the dxf files and I also found that they wouldn't open. They would start to open in AutoCAD 2004 and then provide an error about bad info related to a layer.
